We work with you to determine staffing needs and manage the process to get the best talent
As you grow beyond early stage, you will eventually need to bring operational functions in-house and formalize departments. Managing overhead costs through this transition phase requires scaling thoughtfully. Through a collaborative process, we identify the positions and responsibilities that make economic sense to staff up. We then develop a recruiting plan and work with a network of top recruiters to implement it. Our goal is to make the transition smooth and seamless both internally and externally.
Transitioning Service Overview
The Transitioning process includes many steps depending on the complexity of your needs. A brief overview of a typical transitioning service is provided below.
Phase 1
We meet with clients to review time spent by GOOD MOOD on services provided and determine which items make economic sense to transition in-house. We then develop an organizational chart that reflects the proposed company structure.
Phase 2
We create detailed position descriptions and determine compensation budgets for the recruiting plan. We develop and document recruiting procedures and determine the appropriate recruiting channels to find talent.
Phase 3
GOOD MOOD vets applicants via phone screens and in-person interviews and provides a shortlist of candidates to the client to interview. Once interviews are completed, we help clients identify the best candidate(s) for each position and manage the offer negotiation process.
Phase 4
We on-board new employees and transfer responsibilities over a time period appropriate to each position. As part of the transition, we provide documentation of established processes and procedures to the new hires.
We will continue to support you as needed while you phase out our on-demand services and shift responsibilities to your own staff.
